We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; computer and connection information. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.

We also collect personally identifiable information (including name and email) if you shop with us or sign up for our newsletter so we can send you emails with the information you have provided. We may, in further dealings with you, extend this information to include your address, phone number, services used, workshops attended, dietary requirements and agreements and payment transactions. When you subscribe to our newsletter or shop with us we collect personal information you give us such as your name and email address. Occasionally we will collect this information via paper sign-in forms used for project fieldwork, and at our workshops and events. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

Personal information is stored on a company laptop fully secured with firewall and malware software and is locked when not in use and password protected.
